We want you to love your Compound Interest Co. gift. If something isn't right, we're happy to help.
Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@twoheartsco.co with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send you return instructions within 1-2 business days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, items such as pierced jewelry may not be eligible for return unless defective. We'll always note any exceptions on the product page.
